Move the Rodeo to Labor Day week-end or the last week-end in August. Build it into a major week-long event, and join with the county fair, if possible. Make "August Doin's" a recognized state event. Do away with the unpopular Spring Rodeo, and spend the money on the one in August. Have concerts, dances, food courts, produce and animal judging - a last summer Hoo Rah!
People will come from far and wide. Build it and they will come.
