Rim Country Friends of Ferals (formerly Payson Friends of Ferals) announces an organizational meeting for the purpose of establishing bylaws and electing officers Thursday, June 16, 5:30 p.m. at Twin Lakes Mobile Home Park Community Room, 902 E.
