Helen R. Hardt
1919 - 2010
Helen R. Hardt, age 91, passed away May 28, 2010 in Payson. She was born April 13, 1919.
Mrs. Hardt was a teacher for 28 years starting her career in her birthplace of Mayer, Ariz. She taught many years at Julia Randall Elementary in Payson until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her son Gary L. Hardt. She is survived by sons Chuck (Shirley) and Billy Hardt, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life and barbeque will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, at the Tonto Apache Gym. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Helen Hardt to the Gary Hardt Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Bill Armstrong, 37 S. Sprague, Payson, AZ 85541.
