Easy way to opt out of APS Smart Meter

BEWARE!  IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SIGN ON YOUR METER FORBIDDING THE INSTALLATION OF A SMART METER, YOU WILL GET ONE!

Gave owner Robert Lantry a template of the one below.  Paid for a sheet of 6 so people can come in and pay for one, if that is all they want.  They will be laminated.  All you need to do is punch a hole and attach it to the analog meter you want to keep.

Each individual laminated notice sells for 22 cents

A sheet of 6 runs $1.32

Smart Meters are being installed.  I just heard there was a lady on Bridle Path who had sent in a letter to opt out and received confirmation but she didn't put a sign on her meter telling them not to install a smart meter.  SHE GOT ONE!  When she called APS, they told her it was just a digital meter.  Even if it is, a digital meter can be retrofitted into a smart meter and you would never know it.

I had a report today that a man saying they were installing the smart meters on his block today.  He had the sign on his meter to not install a smart meter causing the installer to go to the door and the wife had to verify that they had opted-out.
