A ceremony to honor the U.S. Constitution on its 233rd anniversary will be held at 12:30 p.m. today, Saturday, Sept. 18, at Rumsey Park.
Here are the details:
When: 12:30 Saturday, September 18.
Where: Rumsey Park, Ramada #2
What: Honoring the Constitution of the United States on its 233rd anniversary
Who: Patriots that know, patriots that don't know, and others who don't know what they don't know
Why: Preserving the Constitution, reaffirming the basics, considering unintended consequences of some amendments
How: Brief opening, introduction, moving to a moderated discussion in an open meeting format.
Initiator: Lew Levenson 928 472 7175
Using the principles of the old colonial 'town meeting' format, this will be an open discussion that I will moderate. I would hope that we can speak with appropriate respect and restraint, and encourage ALL attendees to speak for themselves.
Hope to see you there!
