Watchdog group questions Roundup's accuracy

	Hello Neighbors, The Proposed FY 2013-2014 PSWID Budget will be presented to the public on Sat., May 18, 2013, at 10:00 AM. It will be held in the Pine Cultural Hall.  The PSWID Board will be voting on the Final Budget at this time. Please try and attend this very important meeting. During this meeting you should be allowed to ask questions and make comments to the PSWID Board. The Payson Roundup wrote an article in which they said that the PSWID Board was focusing on much lower water rates and property taxes than we had stated.  We would respectfully point out that the published Proposed Budget has two line items for Property Taxes and the total is $625,000 whereas our existing Property Taxes are $300,000.  The suggested increase will more than double our Property Taxes. With the increase in water rates the change varies with usage and 3,000 gallon usage has been the standard used during discussions in the past.
