U.S. demographic change shows in food sales

Salsa is overtaking ketchup as America's favorite condiment, tortillas are outselling burger and hot dog buns, and sales of tortilla chips are greater than potato chips - a reflection of the rapid growth of the growing Hispanic population, currently at 17 percent in the U.S.
