This: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." This is We the People telling the Federal Government that they do not get a say in what relition we practice or how or when or where we choose to do so. There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the Federal Government the authority to dictate how, when, or where we practice our religion.
